Internal rules of procedure

I GENERAL PROVISIONS


Introductory rules:

1.1. It is the responsibility of every visitor to carefully read and comply with the internal rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) before visiting the FLOATY® salon (hereinafter referred to as the FLOATY) for floating, 4D massage chair or red light therapy.

1.2. The Terms are posted on the FLOATY website www.floaty.lv

1.3. FLOATY Ltd. does not assume liability if a visitor fails to comply with the Regulations, instructions of FLOATY employees, posted warning signs, inscriptions, causes harm to their own health, endangers the health or life of their own or other visitors, or causes material or moral damage to a third party.

1.4. The visitor is responsible for his/her health and physical fitness before and during the visit to FLOATY.

1.5. In the event that a visitor's health condition deteriorates during a visit to FLOATY, the visitor must immediately contact an employee.

1.6. FLOATY employees have the right to expel a visitor if he/she does not comply with the Rules, employee instructions, posted warning signs or inscriptions. In such a case, the visitor will not be refunded the fee paid for the service.

1.7. The visitor has the right to submit a written application regarding any incident on the premises of FLOATY, if he has any complaints or suggestions.

1.8. For security reasons, FLOATY employees have the right to request the contents of a visitor's bag.

1.9. For security reasons, the waiting room in the FLOATY cabin is equipped with video surveillance equipment. FLOATY complies with the requirements for the processing and protection of personal data during video surveillance.

1.10. Visitors are bound by FLOATY's privacy policy. It can be found at www.floaty.lv

2. Visiting procedure:

2.1. By purchasing a subscription or a single ticket, the visitor confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the FLOATY Rules, and also undertakes to comply with them during his/her visit.

2.2. When purchasing a subscription, the visitor must present a valid personal identification document (passport, ID card or other type of document) with which the person can be identified.

2.3. The visitor can purchase a gift card for FLOATY services for themselves or for other persons. The gift card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

2.4. The services provided at the FLOATY salon are available ONLY to persons over the age of 18.

2.5. Before entering the floating, massage or red light therapy rooms, outerwear must be placed in the cloakroom, in the waiting room. FLOATY Ltd. does not assume responsibility for personal belongings left in the cloakroom.

2.6. Visitors must wear shoe covers while on FLOATY premises.

2.7. Visitors should note that the floors of the floating rooms, floating capsules and showers may be wet and slippery.

2.8. When using hair dryers (hair dryers and hair straighteners), it is prohibited to use them with damp or wet hands, as well as to maintain a distance between the hair and the hair dryer when using them.

2.9. Customer service specialists have the right to stop admitting visitors.
FLOATY premises if the number of visitors exceeds the allowed number.

3. The following is prohibited in the FLOATY salon:

3.1. Attending floating, 4D massage or red light therapy sessions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3.2. Enter by bicycle, roller skates, electric scooters or other vehicles, except for baby strollers and wheelchairs.

3.3. Bringing weapons, explosives, flammable substances, poisonous substances, alcoholic beverages, narcotic or toxic substances, glass and tin containers and other objects that may endanger the health, safety and life of other people.

3.4. Smoking, using alcoholic beverages, narcotics and toxic substances in FLOATY premises.

3.5. Damage FLOATY's premises, equipment, facilities or inventory.

3.6. Entering FLOATY premises with animals.

3.7. Visit FLOATY with acute symptoms of illness (elevated temperature, fever), conjunctivitis, skin or other contagious diseases, open wounds or bandages that may endanger the safety of other visitors.

3.8. The visitor is responsible for any losses caused to SIA FLOATY or third parties as a result of his/her actions.

3.9. For failure to comply with the prohibition requirements, the employee has the right to prohibit the visitor from continuing to use the services provided by FLOATY. For repeated failure to comply with the requirements, the administration of SIA FLOATY has the right to cancel the visitor's subscription or entrance card without refunding the value of the subscription or entrance fee.

II SPECIAL PROVISIONS

4. Rules of internal procedure of floating:

4.1. The visitor is responsible for his/her health before and during his/her visit to FLOATY.

4.2. In the event that the visitor's health condition deteriorates during a visit to FLOATY, the visitor must immediately contact an employee.

4.3. A FLOATY employee has the right to expel a visitor if they do not comply with the Rules, employee instructions, or posted warning signs or inscriptions. In such a case, the visitor will not be refunded the paid entrance fee.

4.4. Visitors must strictly adhere to the specified visiting time and place.

4.5. Before entering the floating capsule, the visitor must take a shower. Before the floating session, it is mandatory to wash the hair with shampoo. Hair conditioner must not be used before the floating session.

4.6. Visitors should note that the floors of the showers and changing rooms may be wet and slippery.

4.7. When using hair dryers (hair dryers and hair straighteners), it is prohibited to use them with damp or wet hands, as well as to maintain a distance between the hair and the hair dryer when using them.

4.8. The visitor is responsible for observing personal hygiene requirements.

4.9. The visitor must assess and be responsible for his/her own health condition, and choose the duration of stay in the floating capsule accordingly. When using medications (antibiotics, antidepressants, diuretics, etc.), visit the floating after consulting a doctor.

4.10. Immediately stop staying in the floating capsule if you experience discomfort.

4.11. While in the floating room, the visitor must refrain from any action that may endanger his or her own life, health or safety or that of others.

4.12. It is prohibited to touch the equipment located next to the floating capsule and to place clothes or other objects on them.

4.13. It is prohibited to use body cosmetics (honey, coffee grounds, clay, etc.) in the floating capsule.

4.14. It is prohibited to pour water or other liquids into the floating capsule.

4.15. It is prohibited to bring food, any drinks in glass containers, alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances.

4.16. It is prohibited to use chewing gum.

4.17. Spitting on the floor, walls or water is prohibited.

4.18. It is prohibited to relieve oneself outside of designated areas.

4.19. It is forbidden to shout, whistle, run or call for help unnecessarily so as not to mislead FLOATY employees.

4.20. Jumping into a floating capsule or diving is prohibited.

4.21. It is prohibited to climb onto the floating capsule.

4.22. It is prohibited to touch temperature and motion sensors in the premises.

5. 4D Massage Internal Rules:

5.1. No shoes may be worn in the massage chair.

5.2. When in a massage chair, it is mandatory to wear shoe covers on your feet.

5.3. Visitors are responsible for treating the FLOATY massage chair and equipment with care.

5.4. Visitors are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness, and to throw away waste only for
in the designated places.

5.5. Visitors are obliged to follow the signs displayed in the room and the instructions of FLOATY employees.

5.6. It is prohibited to bring food, any drinks in glass containers, alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances.

5.7. It is prohibited to use chewing gum.

5.8. If you experience discomfort during a massage session, immediately stop the massage session and notify FLOATY employees using the special alarm button.

5.9. At the end of the massage session, place the used shoe covers in the trash can.

5.10. It is forbidden to climb onto the massage chair.

5.11. It is prohibited to pour water or other liquids into the massage chair.

5.12. It is prohibited to arbitrarily adjust the operation and settings of the massage chair.

5.13. It is prohibited to remove the hygienic cover from the massage chair.

6. Internal rules of red light therapy:

6.1. Pregnant women must consult a doctor before undergoing red light therapy.

6.2. It is strictly forbidden to stay in a red light booth for more than 15 minutes.

6.3. In case of discomfort, stop the session immediately.

6.4. It is prohibited to change the settings of the equipment.

6.5. It is prohibited to touch the glass panels on the sides of the cabin with your hands.

6.6. It is forbidden to lean against the inner and outer walls of the cabin.

6.7. It is prohibited to bring food, any drinks in glass containers, alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances.

6.8. It is prohibited to pour water or other liquids into the red light booth.
