Fish Collagen 450g

Product composition: Collagen™ contains ONLY ONE ingredient: Hydrolyzed collagen peptides of fish origin.

Usage:

Collagen™ is an easily soluble powder that does not change the consistency of liquids.
You can take it at your preferred time and method, add a FULL scoop to juice, smoothie, coffee, tea, water, and any other drink or food (porridges, sauces, pancakes, etc.)

People who are more sensitive to smells or tastes can safely divide the daily dose into two parts, or mix it with a larger amount of liquid. Also, if you choose to take collagen simply with water and notice a slight aftertaste, squeeze a slice of lemon to neutralize it!

The recommended daily dose of collagen is 10g or 10,000 mg (one FULL scoop, found in each package), but since it is a natural food supplement, its usage amount can be reasonably adjusted to your needs.

Collagen™ (Type I) is intended for use by adults, from 18 years of age.
